The First Post

So after a few years of reluctancy, I’ve decided to make a blog. I haven’t decided if I will write about whatever I feel like or if I’m going to have a theme. I think I’ll stick to writing about whatever I want for the first couple of weeks, or months. I won’t post something everyday because I won’t have something to write about every moment of my life.
I’ll mainly use this blog for writing and for photography. I might add in some extra details if I have the time. I heard about Tumblr yesterday after skimming through “Blogs, Wikis, MySpace, and More” by Terry Burrows. According to Burrows, a blog is “an online diary or a journal.” He also suggests I should build a relationship with my readers. We’ll have to see about that.
So this concludes my first blog posting. Hopefully I will be writing on here as often as I can. I’ll have to get used to the format and the settings Tumblr has to offer. Thanks to anyone who ever got to read this.
